Company founder Uğur SERİN graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Anadolu University in Eskişehir in 2010. Between 2010 and 2022, he played an active role in irrigation projects at BARSU Proje A.Ş. Subsequently, he worked on various projects for project firms and contractors in the industry, serving as a project engineer or project manager on numerous projects. Company partner Onur HASIPEK graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2010. In 2018, he completed his master’s degree in the Department of Civil Engineering at Gazi University, specializing in Hydraulics / Coastal and Port Engineering. Between 2010 and 2020, he worked at MİMPAŞ; between 2020 and 2022, at BARSU A.Ş.; and between 2022 and 2024, at TEMELSU A.Ş., where he was involved in the completion of irrigation projects supervised by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ).In 2019, he served as an instructor at the Training Seminar on Standard Designs for Piped Network Structures. The seminar, which was attended by supervising engineers from the DSİ Regional Directorates and various private-sector representatives, covered an introduction to the subject, the fundamentals of project preparation and approval procedures, and the application of characteristic tables for various types of projects, all presented in the form of an interactive presentation.
